**We've Extended the deadline to Monday, 12 August, 5pm**
The Clarence Valley Libraries proudly invite you to participate in a unique and heartfelt project: "Your Library, Your History - Service Men and Women of the Clarence Valley." This initiative aims to honour and showcase the incredible contributions of our local military personnel through a captivating exhibition.
We are calling on all local service men and women to share their stories and be part of this special tribute. Participants will provide a photo from their active-duty days and share a personal story about their service—whether it's about where they served or how their experiences impacted their lives. In addition, professional portraits will be taken to capture their current image.
. If you are interested in being involved we will need:
A photo of yourself from when you were in active duty.
A story, whether this may be where you served, the impacts that your service has had on your life etc.
We will then facilitate professional portraits which we would combine with the above into a travelling exhibition and booklets.
