Contributions Plan

This consultation has concluded.

Nearly $100m worth of community and recreational facilities for the Clarence!

By 2031 there will be 20,000 more people in the Clarence and we'll all want plenty of facilities and services.

A draft Contributions Plan has been prepared outlining how Council hopes to meet these demands over the next 20 years.

If you're interested in our local services and facilities lets start chatting about it.......

The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act allows Council to seek a contribution from proponents of new developments towards Local Infrastructure (extension, augmentation or recoupment). Are the rates reasonable?
