EOI Express your interest to be a Youth Market Stallholder
Calling local young creatives from across the Clarence Valley to submit an EOI to run a market stall at the Cane Harvest Festival in Maclean, in celebration of NSW Youth Week 2025.
There will be no fee incurred to have a stall and all profits go to the stallholder.
Please note food stalls will not be accepted for the Youth Market.

Event: Cane Harvest Festival – Youth Market EOI
Location: Cameron Park, Maclean
Date: Saturday 12th April
Time: 1pm to 5pm
EOI submissions close: 27th March 2025
Fill out the expression of interest below to have the opportunity to be part of this awesome event.
What will be provided for you:
- Marquee
- 1 x Table
- Public Liability
What you will need to consider/bring:
- Payment system
- Any branding, bunting or signage
- All resources for stall
- If using power, all cords will need to be test and tagged. It is a stallholder responsibility to tape down cords and reduce trip hazards.
Extra information:
- Stallholders need to be at the event and any cars removed by 11:30am on the day.
- The Youth Market will run from 1pm to 5pm as part of the Cane Harvest Festival.
- Stallholders will be required to pack down at 5pm, nothing is to be left onsite as we cannot accept liability for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. We can offer help getting things to your car.
